...every single moment...

...every single moment
you are writing the story
of
your
life...
~christine mason miller
and much of mine
is reflected upon
sitting.
right.
here.
light + objects =shadows
i will be writing
eleven year olds
playing ball.
i will continue writing
the chapters
on friendships
that have come to mean so much.
i will be writing
of the sun shining,
warming my very soul.
that is the start of my writing today.
where will your moments take you?
just BE.

I'll be working at the store today making samplers for the new shop...spiritual affirmations...that's the new game plan...I see this more and more in the determination of people during crisis and this ol' planet is certainly seeing it's share right now.

Have fun today, they're only young once...

Hey Tilda, be thinkin' of ya as I run the store today bare-fototed...ha...that tile floor is sooooo cool and refreshing!!!

I plan what I'm going to do - I make so many plans there's no time left to carry them out ;-)

Great shadow shot for the day, Robin, reminds me of our deck and how I hope we get some sun today! Have a lovely weekend!

The rocking chair sits unused under the sun. Perhaps thew arm weather requires us to slow down, if just for a moment, in the solace and relaxation of slowly rocking. To recharge the body and soul, too...

Lovely clean and geometric lines. Very pleasing indeed.

A good quote to remember - every moment....makes you want to get up and start doing something doesn't it?!!

what a beautiful abstract pattern in this shot - can you read shadow shots like you read tea leaves or ink blots??

Delightful shadow patterns and love your inspiring words! Where there are shadows there is a beam of sunlight!

A blog that is pleasantly 'at ease' and taking life in in big gulps.

I enjoyed your very peaceful SS and words! And oh, my, what a fast transformation of a room you surprised your DD with recently! Are you for hire? Blessings!

The thing that I really like about this shadow photo is that we are left to imagine what is casting the shadow.

Many of the moments of my weekend so far have been taken up with gardening. Lots of planting, weeding and composting! Now it's raining. Just been sitting on the deck with a coffee watching my newly planted rosellas happily soak up the fresh rain! Now I'm enjoying another coffee while visiting lovely shadow shooters with the sweet sound of rain on my roof :)

I love your shot and your wonderful words Robin!

Looks like a nice chair to relax and soak the sun...This Sunday was spent with family and friends....chatting away while sitting outside enjoying a drink or two and some snacks to go along!

Have a fun week!

Lovely shadow! Looks like a great place to relax.
We had storm warnings all day so did not get out much. Was finishing up schoolwork - my last for a while!
have a great week ahead.

Love the shadow on the deck. I also feel like doing something, now that I am reminded I am writing the story of my life. ;-)

I love your words, Robin. I need to get back into writing creatively.
