Robin, There is something absolutely magical about foggy mornings in Michigan. If I have the luxury, I love to sit and watch it lift while the sun beams filter through, brightening our day. It feels like an in-between time. The Celts call this a "thin place," a doorway between worlds. Love it! Blessings to you today.
Was a wee bit foggy here too, I'm just glad those icky storms are over...for now anyway...on the way home from 'White' yesterday, it was raining so hard, everyone on the interstate was slowed to a standstill...all in all, we were lucky...got a full nights sleep even under a tornado watch.
My Mom still lives in Florida, so right now is a scary time for her too.
Later gater, love the fog shots, but we know what follows...brrrrr...

I'm with you, fog always makes for dramatic photos. It can be mysteries, sad, scary, calm and so many other things, depending on the scene.
yes very atmospheric!
