The quiet of your shadows is always enchanting. And love the idea that we should get out of our own heads. Sometimes we (I) can think a little too much.
We make so easy to take things personally - we seem to hear unintended criticism far too easily. I have to fight imagined demons I thought I heard. We all need to keep our thoughts into the sphere we actually inhabit. Focus on what is within our lives, and that alone - so as to deal with our lives completely and calmly. And happily...
