the most technical that

i get is whether

i am going to lay on the ground

to take the photo or not.

this was my coffee mug today.

with the time change,

when i left the house this morning

at seven-thirty.

(which was actually six-thirty

my body time.)

the lymphedema course

was excellent.

the instructor was great.

and my peers were an

awesome bunch of gals.

i can now add

CLT behind my

COTA/L

credentials.

certified occupational therapy assistant/licensed.

and now

certified lymphedema therapist.

it is always cool to add initials

after your name.

i am a wee bit brain tired.

it's Sunday 5:20

and there is not much weekend left.

but here's to a great week ahead.
