...the happy in your sad...

you gotta look for the good in the bad,
the happy in your sad,
the gain in your pain,
and what makes your grateful not hateful.
~karen salmansohn

i found this yesterday.
it's a good reminder.

Sometimes happiness seems a bit elusive when the challenges and crises seem to be happening at a fast rate, but then there's the relief, a kinf of happiness when it's all over and you have survived. Lovely thoughts and love your soft play of shadows.

The longer days of light sends a brightness through that window decoration - which diffuses and adds even more light to your room. With enough warmth that hopefully makes you forget about the very snowy winter that has hopefully passed...

Your "microphotos" always fascinate me, Robin. This one--a sliver of an everyday experience--is no exception.
