I like the shadows - but what totally blew me away is your opening banner with an iscle! The colors are magnificent!
Always a treat to stop by here-yes that icicle is something else on the banner!
I love the snow shot here with the shadows of plants long done for the year.
But, what got me excited was the corned beef box! Where the heck did that come from? Is it from Argentina? We grew up eating this stuff in Hawaii.

The shadows are lovely. We can be blinded by the sunlit snow, so the dazzling brilliance is muted nicely by the shadows. The changes in lighting in addition to the textural changes on the ground give Winter a light and artistic feel...

Ah, wonderful shot from a wintery world. Not white or quite so cold in my part of the world but still gray and gloomy.
