"Morning is when the wick is lit.
A flame ignited, the day delighted with heat and light,
we start the fight for something more than before"
~ Jeb Dickerson

Bright colours feature in this curved feature. And yet there is a softness with the dominance of enchanting bokeh. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteAll seasons have their grandeur, but as you say, the sun is heading south in the autumn so the morning's shadows will indeed fade substantially. Yet a new day in any month is always an exhilarating thing - the possibilities are endless and life always a blessing...
ReplyDeleteI've learned to think like Ralph, reveling in each new morning, no matter the season.
ReplyDeletewhat a glorious shadow you captured here! and I love reading your thoughts. I especially appreciate the line "breathing in the moments"!
I always love to see your latest take on the world!

ReplyDeleteYes. Breathing in. Love the shot of old glory too , but most especially, stopping me dead in my tracks is your banner image.
ReplyDeleteLike you, I can easily find beauty in the three seasons you mentioned. It's winter that I struggle with. There's no denying it has beautiful moments but it is so lengthy here that I just dread its arrival.
