...an entirely different view...

we think too small, 
like the frog at the bottom of the well. 
he thinks the sky is only as big as the top of the well. 
if he surfaced, he would have an entirely different view.

the sun is shining brightly.
trying hard to hide the fact.
that it is twenty-nine degrees.
the flower gardens are forced.
to wear a blanket.
to keep the frost at bay.
i must protect blue's ferns at all costs.
the weekend has the makings to be beautiful.

  9. The frog sits silent, perhaps thinking about Sprig, and being cold blooded, wondering about the 29 degrees too. It is April, and the warmth may be a tease now - but it is really on its way...Emma has that look of one whose job it is to discover something new - always. A wonderful capture.   20. Robin girl I am a frog lover .. it would be my dream to have them in my back garden with a water feature .. but raccoons insist on wrecking things for us .. that is a wonderful shot of the frog and how can I say how cute Emma Grace is ? LOL
