The leaves are lovely, Spring has arrived. The brightness of the leaves is not offset by the shadowy underside - in fact, the leaves then showcase a depth we might not notice in the usually flat leaves. Nice!

Ah, just beautiful. There's nothing to compare with the new life of Spring, is there? What a difference a hemisphere makes. Last week we watched our grandchildren bury themselves in crackling autumn leaves.
