...partnership...

weathered wood
colored gray
textured rough
and lichen
when lichen exists that
means that it is
two or more organisms living together
such that both are more successful
within the partnership
than they would have been
if they were living on their own...
me + nature
me + photography
me + light
me + laughter
me + love
me + you
equals
a successful partnership with life.
light + objects = shadows
find those partnered with
what will you partner with today?
just BE.

  1. I know what you mean, I start taking pictures on Sunday, then all week I can think about my thoughts that I want to share with you...a partnership of virtual like minds.

    I once said, no, I don't want a computer, I don't have time...BUT...it has made me partners to a world I would've never known.

Coffee was sure good this frosty morn...aye Tilda...and by the way, the flower shots were taken in August...just felt the need to rekindle and old flame...SUMMER!!!

    Have a great weekend girls!

  4. The weathered wood of window and sash pair together well, to keep the cold off us in the winter, to protect from extremes. The nail by itself has little meaning, yet when this pointed piece of steel joins is a incredibly strong in the building of a home. Wonderful thoughts about things, really people, that pair together for great things together...

What will be my partner today? I enjoyed partnering with my slice of lime pie. I wish I could partner with another slice but it's all gone now :(

    Have a lovely week Robin!

  9. Love the erratic bursts of shadow on the fence and the nail seems to be like a marker holding the whole crazy dance together! Intriguing!
