...the sound of what cannot be seen...

If there is any secret to this life I live, this is it: the sound of what cannot be seen sings within everything that can. & there is nothing more to it than that.
~storypeople

so many things.
to cram into september.
trying to savor.
every moment.
of summer.
before it catches a cold.
loving this story.
i found from storypeople today.
summer continues.
to sing.
even tho it may be a little softer tune,
i will continue to listen.
until i hear the last sweet note.
 of autumn.
just BE.

  1. I want to know
who's that guy at the beach?
    who's playing guitar?
    who's walking bare foot?
    I'm waiting.... :)

  3. We are heading toward autumn at a quieter time: the sun in not blaring so much heat, the gentle but not hot breezes with a cooler whisper; standing on the beach and contemplating is as silent as our thoughts allow and shadows sing beautifully even if silent. The end of summer has lots to recommend...

  4. Lovely pictures with very fitting words. The idea of summer singing a softer tune is perfect for September.

  8. How lovely and so well put! he tune of summer is indeed softer-we feel it here particularly in the early mornings. We will linger with it as long as possible and will welcome autumn as it arrives. Ready or not
