your thoughts
can't help but
be taken up
by the waves
and gently taken back out to sea.
this is my
shadow shot for today.
yesterday at the atlantic ocean.
the sun came out
just long enough to get
this shot.
for more...
today we are headed
to a wedding in
west palm beach!
it is a wonderful day to
just BE.
robin.
lovely shot!
ReplyDeleteLovely shadow shot--beautiful words to go with it. Mickie :)
ReplyDeleteI love your shadow shot for the day, Robin! Can almost feel the sand beneath my feet! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteSylvia
I love this shot - I want to be there, walking along the sand too!!
ReplyDeletewell it was perfect timing. the glassy smoothness of the wet sand is beautiful. happy SSS, and I hope you have a great time at the wedding.
ReplyDeleteEven though the footprints in the sand will be washed away by waves, you have captured one small moment, one lifted foot, one step of the journey...
ReplyDeleteSOME SAY THAT SHADOWS
Some say that shadows are fragments of light,
Others that they are but pieces of night,
Fleeing like demons when dawn becomes day,
Fearing the radiance coming their way.
Is one notion wrong and one notion right?
Just what are shadows if they are not light?
